1. Who we are
AIM Realty Solutions ("AIM," "we," "us") is a product operated by Grip Enterprises LLC, a Missouri limited liability company. By creating an account or paying for a subscription, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. What you get
A subscription includes access to the AIM tools your tier covers:
- Starter ($29/mo): Listing Multiplier
- Pro ($79/mo): Listing Multiplier, Speed-to-Lead, Bulk Kit Mode, Save & Search History, and Custom Voice Profile
- Full Cycle ($149/mo): everything in Pro, plus Sphere Engine and Second Life Kit
Features may be added, changed, or retired over time. If a change materially reduces what you paid for, we'll offer a proration or refund for the current billing period.
3. Free trial
New accounts get a 30-day free trial. Your card is authorized at signup but not charged until day 30. Cancel at your dashboard or by emailing support@aimrealtysolutions.com before the trial ends and you owe nothing.
4. Billing
Subscriptions bill monthly on the anniversary of your first paid day. All amounts are in USD. Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the card on file until you cancel.
Failed payments will retry per Stripe's default schedule. Accounts more than 14 days past due may lose access until payment is current.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for exceptions and details.
6. Acceptable use
The AIM tools generate marketing copy, follow-up messages, and outreach content for real estate professionals. You agree not to:
- Use the tools to send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or any content that violates CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or state anti-spam / anti-robocall laws.
- Generate or send content that is discriminatory, harassing, deceptive, or violates the Fair Housing Act (24 CFR §100 et seq.) or state fair housing rules.
- Impersonate any other person, brokerage, or agent.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the tools.
- Use the service to compete with AIM by building a substantially similar product.
You are the licensed real estate professional. You are responsible for the accuracy of any listing information you provide and for how you use generated content in your business.
7. Content ownership
You own the output. Copy, emails, and marketing materials generated for you through the AIM tools are yours to use, edit, and publish in your business.
We retain the right to use anonymized, aggregated usage data to improve the product (e.g., "70% of users generate copy on weekends") but never to redistribute your listing content or your client information.
8. AI-generated content
AIM uses large language models (currently Groq / Llama 3.3) to generate copy. AI output can contain errors, awkward phrasing, or factual mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing every piece of copy before publishing or sending it. Do not send unreviewed AI output to clients.
9. Third-party integrations
The service integrates with third-party platforms (Stripe for payments, MailerLite for email, Groq for AI, Supabase for data storage). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for outages, data loss, or actions taken by those providers.
10. Warranty disclaimer
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or produce any specific business outcome.
11. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GRIP ENTERPRISES LLC'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost commissions, or lost business opportunities.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grip Enterprises LLC, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms, misuse the tools, or if required by law. On termination, your subscription ends and access to the tools ceases. Your data may be retained for up to 90 days after termination for legal and operational purposes, then deleted.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Jackson County, Missouri, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to the address on file at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
