The short version: Cancel during your 30-day free trial and you owe nothing. Cancel after that and you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for — no partial-month refunds by default, but read below for the exceptions where we do refund.
Free trial
Every new account gets 30 days free. Your card is authorized at signup but not charged until day 30. Cancel any time before that from your dashboard or by emailing support@aimrealtysolutions.com and you will not be charged.
Cancelling a paid subscription
You can cancel any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep access through the end of the billing period you already paid for. We do not, by default, refund the unused portion of a month you've already paid.

When we do refund
We will refund a paid month, in full, in these situations:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong tier, billed after cancellation).
- The service was materially broken for you for more than 5 consecutive days in a billing month and we could not resolve it.
- You cancel within 7 days of your first paid charge and you have not made substantial use of the tools that month (fewer than 10 total generations across all tools). This is a one-time courtesy per customer.
How to request a refund
Email support@aimrealtysolutions.com from the address on your account. Tell us which charge and why. We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Stripe and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of contacting us first, we may pause your account until the dispute is resolved. Please email us first — it is almost always faster and we would rather refund you directly than fight a chargeback.
