Short version: We collect only what we need to run the service. We do not sell your data. We do not train third-party AI models on your data. You can delete your account and your data at any time by emailing us.
1. Who we are
Grip Enterprises LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, operates AIM Realty Solutions ("AIM"). This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

3. How we use it
- To run the service: authenticate you, generate copy on your behalf, deliver features your tier covers.
- To bill you: process payments through Stripe, send receipts and renewal notices.
- To support you: respond to your emails, investigate bugs.
- To improve the product: aggregated, anonymized usage patterns (never tied back to your identity).
- To send required emails: welcome, trial reminders, receipts, security alerts. You can opt out of promotional emails but not required transactional ones while your account is active.
4. Who we share it with
We use a small set of vetted service providers to run AIM. We share only what each provider needs:

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with data brokers, ad networks, or unrelated third parties. We will disclose data only when required by law (subpoena, court order) or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Grip Enterprises, our users, or the public.
5. AI generation and your data
When you use an AIM tool, the listing details or prompt you submit are sent to Groq's API to generate copy. Per Groq's terms, prompts sent through their API are not used to train models. We do not send your sphere contacts' personal information (birthdays, addresses) to Groq unless you explicitly include them in a prompt.
6. Cookies and tracking
We use only essential cookies — the ones required to keep you signed in and to remember your session. We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site tracking pixels, or analytics tools that build behavioral profiles.
7. Data security
- Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (Supabase database encryption).
- Row-level security policies restrict every user to reading only their own data.
- Passwords are hashed (never stored in plain text).
- We use Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure — we never touch your full card number.
No system is perfectly secure. If we experience a data breach affecting your personal information, we'll notify you within 72 hours of discovery, per applicable law.
8. Data retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except:
- Billing records — kept for 7 years for tax and audit purposes.
- Aggregated, anonymized usage data — kept indefinitely.
- Records we are legally required to retain longer.
9. Your rights
Regardless of where you live, you can:
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Correct anything that's inaccurate.
- Delete your account and data (subject to the retention rules above).
- Export your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt out of promotional email at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email support@aimrealtysolutions.com from the address on your account. We respond within 30 days.
10. California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you're a California resident, you have the rights above plus the right to know the specific pieces of personal information collected about you. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
11. EU / UK residents (GDPR / UK-GDPR)
Our lawful bases for processing are (a) performance of a contract (running the service you paid for), (b) legitimate interests (fraud prevention, product improvement), and (c) your consent (marketing emails). You may lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
12. Children
AIM is a business tool for licensed real estate professionals. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from minors.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy occasionally. Material changes will be emailed to your account address at least 14 days before they take effect.
